I can say for sure that my circle of blogging friends and my friends at home and my friends far away who I talk with on the phone or via email fill my life with joy and bring me peace and DEFINITELY allow me to feel connected…especially since I am so often alone at home and unable to drive and get out. Unfortunately I ate a piece of pumpkin pie before I read this. I actually had planned to do the egg whites but then walked in the kitchen and the pie took over! I’ll have to do double workouts I guess.

We have already had our Canadian Thanksgiving, but my eldest daughter who goes to school at UMASS gets her holiday finally and is coming home for the weekend. So it feels like two Thanksgivings !!
