Sweet 13

We celebrated Lexi’s 13th birthday Saturday night with her good friend. It felt like a grown up party, with girls and boys, a DJ and dancing. Seems like just yesterday we were celebrating her birth for the very first time. I watched them giggle and laugh and dance around each other, and felt so grateful […]

What a truly special time, and such a beautiful young lady, Patty!
My children are almost 23 and 24 now, so I know how tough these questions can be to answer, and just when you think you’ve answered them, there are new ones! I think as Moms, we just do the very best we can and learn with them, as they grow.

Thank you so very much for being a part of The Creative Exchange.

Have a wonderful day, and I will surely still see you here!

lisa.

And to you Patty – speaking as the mum of a daughter a few years further down the track – just keep being the mother that you are. Honest, involved, trusting and open with your girl and she will continue to flourish.
