oh beautiful pictures and true words. when we first moved her a few years ago, there was an old farmhouse that i’d pass every morning taking my little guys to school. it stood next to their school. i never got a picture of it and one day it was gone. there’s nothing there now and if you didn’t know that there once was a house there, you never would. i think about it still when i drive and try to see signs that it once existed!

Incredible action shots! I love the silhouettes. I feel your pain. My son is home for a short time now and then off to law school in September. I still remember dropping him off for his first year of university, and yes, I cried. We’re so proud of them but it’s hard to see our little boys grow up into men.

My daughter,Katie Savannah, attended NC Governor’s School last summer and had a ball every minute of it . Being in a think tank with others who were so invested in learning from really great faculty made for time well spent . She actually met her beau there and they are still dating long distance.
She now feels totally confident about starting college this fall after her “practice college”. It was also great practice for my heart .
