Hello!
I'm so glad you stopped by.
Yes, this is me. As much as I love being behind the camera, I am really uncomfortable in front of it. Isn't that silly? I think it's left-overs from my less secure, younger-than-40, days. These days, I understand who I am and I am grateful for that.
I hope that you find serendipity here.... that you find things that feed your soul, things that will make you want to stay and visit a while.
I am very happily married for 19 years + 3 {I like to add the +3 because they count, too, don't they?}. He and I are best friends, and we have 3 children who you will meet and get to know well here.
I have a master's degree in physical therapy and now teach fitness classes {it was the only way I knew to get my tush to the gym on a consistent basis}. True! It is through this past and this present that I have realized that I enjoy teaching, and helping others feel better. It has also taught me that balance is the key to everything in life, including fitness and good health.
My love of photography continues to grow. It feeds my desire to blog, which in turn, feeds my desire to shoot more. Sigh. This is the thing, isn't it?

Women.
We’re a complicated bunch, aren’t we?

With all of life’s cycles spinning
so fast and so furious,
turning us all around,
we occasionally become
twisted and off kilter,
unable to see rightly.

We forget to focus on

When you next feel lost,

Lovely images! The first one with the drops of water off the berries is especially stunning. I also love the contrast of the last one, where the blurred image is appealing and also fits with what you’re saying. So creative.
